I’m a UX and Product Design leader with over 20 years of experience creating products and teams that connect thoughtful, data-informed design with measurable business impact. Over the past 14 years in UX, including 5 leading and growing design teams, I’ve built design organizations from the ground up, mentored multidisciplinary teams, and fostered a culture of inclusivity, curiosity, and purposeful design. With a background that spans research, strategy, design systems, and delivery, I love collaborating with product and engineering partners to bring clarity, alignment, and craft to every stage of the product journey.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of identical twin 7 year old boys who keep life joyful and unpredictable. I love playing games of all kinds (board, video, tabletop, and card) and enjoy the creativity, problem solving, and connection they bring to everyday life.
