I am:
a natural leader at my core, I drive results, streamline processes, and build what doesn’t exist yet, including a scalable design system and a high-functioning UX team.
driven to champion the user, I ground every decision in data, proven practices, and real user insights, with an innate desire to make life easier for users, my team, and co-workers.
a player/coach who led a small but powerhouse UX team that delivered high-impact work, strong cross-functional partnership, and user-driven outcomes.
Outcomes

Implementation of AI throughout design process
Using OptimalWorkshop's AI research analysis for card sorting and tree testing we saved ~50 hours per study (as seen below the team did 3 studies in Q1-2)
Created Copilot agent for UX Writing and UX Requirements writing that saved designers time
Used NotebookLM to synthesize analytics and get actionable next steps
Design System Creation
Decrease in time spent for UX Team and Visual Design team to create mockup/prototypes
Decrease in time spent for eng to interpret what was desired
Decrease in time spent by eng using established components
I have built, from the ground up, design systems, in collaboration with engineering and visual design, at 3 different companies:
MIND Research
Paciolan (I used Confluence, Sketch and wrote YAML and engineering coded in React) See example done at Paciolan
Learning A-Z (I used Google docs and Figma, and engineering coded in Angular)
