I am:

  • a natural leader at my core, I drive results, streamline processes, and build what doesn’t exist yet, including a scalable design system and a high-functioning UX team.

  • driven to champion the user, I ground every decision in data, proven practices, and real user insights, with an innate desire to make life easier for users, my team, and co-workers.

  • a player/coach who led a small but powerhouse UX team that delivered high-impact work, strong cross-functional partnership, and user-driven outcomes.

Outcomes

    • Decrease in time spent for UX Team and Visual Design team to create mockup/prototypes

    • Decrease in time spent for eng to interpret what was desired

    • Decrease in time spent by eng using established components

    • I have built, from the ground up, design systems, in collaboration with engineering and visual design, at 3 different companies:

      1. MIND Research

      2. Paciolan (I used Confluence, Sketch and wrote YAML and engineering coded in React) See example done at Paciolan

      3. Learning A-Z (I used Google docs and Figma, and engineering coded in Angular)
